About the attempts to put together the wreckage of the lost history
About the death as the beginning of the new life
About transgenerational connections and transference of the experience
They fly away to get back - they die to revive
This work was created from reflections on transgenerational connections and
a utopian return home. The bell tolls for the deceased, and the storks always
return home. History, religion, tradition, and mysticism intertwined at that
residence in a small Turkish village.
